Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs purchases of digital products and subscriptions made through The Armored 8 website and related offerings. By making a purchase or subscribing, you agree to this policy.

This policy applies only to purchases made by residents of the United States and is governed by applicable U.S. law.

1. Digital Products (No Refunds)

 

All digital products, including but not limited to ebooks, guides, workbooks, and downloadable resources, are sold as non-refundable digital goods.

Due to the immediate access and irrevocable nature of digital content, all sales are final once purchase is completed, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for:

  • Digital products once accessed or downloaded

  • Failure to read, review, or use the content

  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations, preferences, or interpretations

2. Community Subscriptions

Subscription Plans

Access to the online community is offered through recurring subscription plans, which may include:

  • Monthly subscriptions

  • Annual subscriptions

Pricing, features, and billing intervals are disclosed at the time of purchase and may change from time to time.

3. Free Trials

From time to time, we may offer free trial periods for community access.

Unless canceled before the end of the trial period, free trials will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your selected payment method will be charged.

You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial expires.

Failure to cancel before the trial ends constitutes authorization to charge the applicable subscription fee.

4. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the platform through which you subscribed.

Cancellations must be completed prior to the next billing date to avoid being charged for the subsequent billing period.

Once canceled, access to the community will continue through the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise stated.

We do not provide prorated refunds for partially used subscription periods.

5. Refunds on Subscriptions

Except where required by applicable law:

  • Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun

  • Annual subscriptions are non-refundable once charged

We do not issue refunds or credits for:

  • Unused time remaining in a billing period

  • Failure to cancel prior to renewal

  • Lack of use, participation, or engagement

  • Account suspension or termination due to violations of Community Guidelines, Terms of Service, or Acceptable Use Policies

6. Billing Errors & Unauthorized Charges

 

If you believe you were charged in error or notice an unauthorized transaction, please contact us promptly at:

We will review billing concerns in good faith. Refunds or adjustments are issued at our discretion and in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

7. Chargebacks

 

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve a billing concern may result in:

  • Temporary or permanent suspension of access to digital products or the community

  • Restriction from future purchases

 

We encourage users to contact us directly to resolve billing issues whenever possible.

8. Changes to This Policy

 

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
