6. Purchases & Subscriptions

All digital books, guides, and downloadable resources are sold as non-refundable digital products. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable U.S. law.

Access to the online community is offered through monthly or annual subscription plans. From time to time, free trial periods may be offered. Unless you cancel before the end of the applicable trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your chosen payment method will be charged in accordance with the selected plan.

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store or control your payment information.

You are solely responsible for managing your subscription, including cancellations, through your account settings. Cancellation requests must be completed prior to the applicable billing date to avoid being charged for the next billing period. Upon cancellation, access to the community will continue through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

7. Refund Policy Reference

All purchases are governed by our Refund Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. Our Refund Policy is available on our website and is incorporated herein by reference.

8. Intellectual Property

All content and materials made available through the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, frameworks, methodologies, designs, videos, downloads, and other materials, are owned by The Armored 8 or are licensed to us and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws, including copyright and trademark laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, upon purchase of or access to the Services, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the digital content solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

You do not acquire any ownership rights in or to any content, materials, trademarks, or intellectual property through your use of the Services. Except as expressly permitted in writing by The Armored 8, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content made available through the Services.
